You can arrive with an idea, a product you already have, or a product you built with another tool. The Adventure works it into a venture package in about 30 minutes - the business model, brand, growth plan, funding package and the venture’s own memory - and the working prototype is built after the session. Six outputs, and they belong to the Founder as set out in the venture’s founder, IP and software agreements. The package then faces the quality gate. If it passes, the venture can be presented for public first-round funding, which is completed through a registered funding portal. Passing the gate means the venture is ready to be presented - not that it will be funded. After a successful round the venture can use the operating layer, and Lumi carries its context forward.
Y Combinator selects a batch and accelerates it. Dream x Destiny is open, and it builds the venture before a round exists.

Here you arrive with an idea or a product you already have, and The Adventure works it into a venture package in about 30 minutes - business model, brand, growth plan, funding package and the venture’s memory - with the working prototype built after that. The package faces the quality gate: is it honest, why this, how can it become a business. Passing means the venture can be presented for public first-round funding, not that it will be funded. At a successful close the Founder holds 70% and the public syndicate 30%, and the Founder picks a working role and can change it later.

Funding-ready
What The Adventure produces: the venture package needed to present the venture for funding - business model, brand, growth plan, funding package and the venture’s memory, written in about 30 minutes, with the working prototype built after that. Funding-ready means ready to be presented for funding after the quality gate. It does not mean funded.
Market-ready
Taking the product on to deployment and launch - interface, database, authentication, payments, integrations, hosting, app-store or hardware readiness. A separate scope, quoted per venture, days to weeks depending on that scope, and independent of any round. None of it is included automatically.
Every venture has its own Lumi, holding its product knowledge, decisions, history and operating context - private to that venture. Learning patterns across ventures is designed and not yet running; when it runs it shares patterns of success and friction, never source code, trade secrets, private venture records or personal data.
