PeakBox is a countertop proofing box for home sourdough bakers that watches the dough rise and tells you the moment it peaks. A heated, fold-flat chamber holds the temperature you pick between 20 and 32 °C, a distance sensor in the lid reads dough height every 30 seconds, and the app draws the rise curve and sends one notification when it flattens: your dough peaked, bake in the next 20 minutes. Every bake is logged, so the next one starts from your own data rather than a recipe's guess.
